Payment terms

Prices are in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), excluding VAT. 20 % VAT is added; the amount including VAT is shown before any payment. See the Pricing page.

You choose a period of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months and pay for it when you order. 12 months are billed at the price of 10. Nothing is charged afterwards without your action: at the end of the period, you renew if you wish.

• Bank card, on our payment provider's secure page. Genytri never receives your full card number. The invoice is issued on payment.
• Bank transfer, to the account shown on the pro forma invoice, quoting the payment reference (GEN- followed by 8 characters). The service starts when you order; the transfer must reach us within 10 days. The invoice is issued on receipt.

Cheques and cash are not accepted.

A seat, a Daki plan or an option added during a period is available at once and billed prorated until the end of the period. These additions are grouped on a complementary invoice issued on the 1st of the following month, payable before the 8th. An addition not paid by its due date is suspended.

We let you know 15 days, 7 days and 1 day before the end. Without renewal, your organization keeps full access for 7 days, then goes back to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted: everyone keeps signing in, reading and receiving email. If you pay later, everything resumes and the new period starts on the day of payment.

No discount is granted for early payment. Any delay incurs penalties at the rate set by Law No. 69-21 on payment terms.

A period that has started is due. If a refund is due, our team issues a credit note and refunds by bank transfer. Write to us from the administration console or at [email protected].

Your invoices and credit notes are available in the administration console, under Billing, and kept for 10 years.
