Terms of sale

These terms of sale govern the sale of Genytri's paid plans and options by GENYTRI SARL to professional organizations (the "customer"). They complement the terms of use and the payment terms, which are part of them. For the sale, these terms prevail. The French version prevails.

Genytri offers a Free plan, with no time limit, and paid plans per seat (Essentiel, Pro), with options (Notairia with Promoteurs included, Daki Pro, Daki Max, the Daki reserve, storage). Their content, limits and prices are those of the Pricing page on the day of the order.

Orders are placed from the organization's administration console, by someone allowed to manage billing. Before paying, the summary shows each line excluding VAT, the period, the VAT and the total including VAT.

The customer accepts these terms and the payment terms by ticking the box provided; the version accepted, the date and the account that accepted it are recorded with the order. The order is final once paid (card) or recorded (transfer).

Prices are in Moroccan dirhams, excluding VAT, with 20 % VAT on top. An order's price applies for the whole paid period. A price increase is announced at least 30 days in advance and only applies to the next renewal.

Plans are paid in advance, for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months (12 months for the price of 10), by card or bank transfer, under the payment terms.

Nothing renews automatically: at the end of the paid period, the customer renews if they wish. Without renewal, the organization keeps full access for 7 days of grace, then goes back to the Free plan, without losing any data.

A seat or option added during a period is billed prorated until the end of the period. A reduction takes effect at the next renewal.

A promo code applies to the products and for the length it provides, once per subscription. On a renewal, only if the code allows it. The discount is shown on the invoice, line by line.

A period that has started is due. If a refund is due (for instance a billing error), Genytri issues a credit note and refunds by bank transfer, on request from the console or at [email protected].

The owner can close the organization from the console. It can be restored for 30 days, then it is deleted. Invoices, credit notes and receipts are kept for 10 years, as the law requires. The paid period is not refunded automatically.

The availability of the service and Genytri's liability are governed by the terms of use; personal data by the privacy policy.

The version accepted with an order applies to that order. A new version is announced to customers at least 30 days in advance and accepted at the next payment.

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute is first submitted to [email protected] for an amicable solution, then to the commercial courts of Casablanca.
