GENYTRI SARL is responsible for the personal data collected by this website and its services. For the documents of your own clients, you remain the controller; Genytri acts on your behalf.

• Account: your name, e-mail and organisation.
• Billing: your billing details. We never receive your full card number.
• Content: the files and e-mails you entrust to Genytri are stored in the European Union, encrypted. When you ask Daki, only the passages relevant to the question are sent to the model, and we do not keep them.
• Technical: the logs needed to keep the service secure.

To provide and secure the service, bill you and answer your requests. Your data is never sold, nor used for advertising.

We rely on the following processors:

• OVH SAS: Genytri's servers, in France.
• Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL: sending and receiving e-mails, storing e-mails and files, in Stockholm (Sweden).
• Cloudflare, Inc.: routing and protection of the website.
• An AI model provider: receives, for Daki, the passages relevant to your question.

For as long as your account exists, then for as long as the law requires, notably for invoices.

Under the law that protects you, including the GDPR in the European Union, you can access, correct or erase your data, object to its processing, or ask for a copy. Write to [email protected]; we reply within a month.
